I love teochew food! It's very 'cheng' - light and subtle. But then again I love food in general... my goodness your Hainanese Chicken Rice looked sooo yummy I actually salivated whilst looking at it. Must teach me how to make all that lovely dishes one day la, and who knows, one day we'll have a nice little dinner get-together when we both get back! ^_^
Sari: Lol, I know!! Everytime I go back to Malacca I'd definately be greeted by my makmak's pongteh chicken. Its a very home-ly dish, isn't it? Love love love it. Hey, pass me the recipe once you've found the missing ingredient in that Hainanese chicken rice, hehe. I know, very lazy to try out myself, hor? Good luck with your exams yar?
